my first public posted poem! Rainy day it's what is called!!

I wrote this to enter a poem contest in 2005, it was acclaimed but won nothing hehe :)

Rainy Day!
on a rainy day i sit,
waiting till the rain has stopped,
wondering of my own life,
wondering what i've become.

thinking it could all be fake
,not living the life i wanted,
crying of my own misery,
living by the people's comments.

i was doing fine one day,
till this man change my body,
took my heart and mind away,
said good bye and then departed.

i stood up that same day,
release the pain i had inside,
change my mind, change my clothing,
i was reborned at that time.

i had a different life that day,
took another step in life,
grab my courage and pride,
from that day foward i felt alive!
